The best things said about it
Here is Trillion Dollar Coach. This is written by Eric Schmidt, one of the most successful business CEOs of all time. But this is about one of the greatest leadership coaches of all time who mentored and coached Steve Jobs, Larry Page, and some of the biggest CEOs in the history of Silicon Valley.

Why people recommend it
Trillion-dollar Coach by Eric Schmidt, Alan Eagle, and Jonathan Rosenberg is a leadership manual that details the management philosophies and coaching strategies of legendary executive Bill Campbell. Steven Bartlett strongly recommended the book on an episode of The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett, describing it as an essential guide for entrepreneurs and modern leaders navigating the complexities of business. Eric Schmidt appeared on The Jordan Harbinger Show to discuss the monumental value Campbell helped create across tech giants like Apple and Google, reinforcing the rationale behind the famous moniker given to the coach. During the same interview, Jordan Harbinger brought up the book to explore how leaders should handle situations where exceptionally smart, capable, and determined individuals inevitably butt heads on a regular basis. The speakers emphasized that Campbell's unique approach to management prioritized human relationships and team cohesion over rigid corporate hierarchies, making the book a timeless resource for anyone looking to build high-performing teams. Through these podcast discussions, the book emerges not merely as a corporate biography, but as a practical blueprint for fostering collaboration, trust, and psychological safety in fast-paced professional environments where strong personalities often collide and require empathetic yet firm guidance to succeed.
