Why people recommend it
The Plot Against the King by Kash Patel is a children's book that presents a whimsical, allegorical take on the political controversies and investigations surrounding the Trump administration. During an appearance on Timcast IRL, Hannah Claire Brimlow thanked the author for providing a copy of the book, expressing her enthusiasm for reading the delightful story and praising the creative approach taken to present complex political narratives. Although a related documentary film focusing on similar investigations was also mentioned during the broadcast, the book itself drew positive remarks from the hosts for its unique formatting and engaging style, offering readers a stylized interpretation of high-stakes Washington politics through a children's literature lens.
