I think that book lights out, which chronicles the decline of GE ought to be required reading in every business school in the country. It won't be because they don't want to offend anybody, but it should be. If there's anybody here who's not red lights out, you should buy it and read it.
So, the first thing I would tell you, there's a book by Ted Koppel called Lights Out. And I read enough of that to go, I don't know if that happens.

Why people recommend it
Lights Out by Ted Koppel is a work of investigative journalism that examines the severe vulnerabilities of America's electric grid and the potential devastation of a major cyber attack. On The Knowledge Project, Shane Parrish shared Charlie Munger's recommendation that the book should be required reading in every business school for its chronicle of the decline of General Electric, urging listeners to buy and read it. Tim Ferriss also recommended the book on The Tim Ferriss Show, highlighting its subtitle and urging his audience to learn about the realities of surviving a national infrastructure collapse. On The Shawn Ryan Show, Kevin Mandia mentioned reading portions of the book while discussing worst-case scenarios involving foreign cyber threats against critical infrastructure. On The Joe Rogan Experience, Dr. Bradley Garrett referenced the text alongside other works to illustrate how easily the electrical grid could be crippled by catastrophic events such as a solar flare.
