And that's what I wrote this book for is about how to fight back.
Elizabeth Warren · The Book Review · May 2017 Listen at 7:56 The best things said about it
I read it was really good and I'm sure she wrote it herself we were looking at the political books and I was like I'm willing to bet that I can accurately predict with 90 sir I can predict with 90 certainty who actually wrote their book and who didn't and then there's like Elizabeth Warren like no way I.
Why people recommend it
This Fight Is Our Fight by Elizabeth Warren is a political manifesto and guide by the United States Senator focused on empowering the middle class, fighting back against corporate power, and getting involved in political activism. On The Book Review, host Gilbert Cruz discussed the urgent issues addressed in the book with Senator Warren herself. During the interview, Warren explained that she wrote the work to show citizens how to fight back against systemic economic inequality, pointing to her very first legislative bill and detailing how the conclusion of the text serves as a practical guide on how to enter the political fight. Conversely, the host of Timcast IRL mentioned coming across the book while examining political literature, expressing skepticism on the podcast about whether political figures typically pen their own memoirs and political texts. Despite differing commentary regarding its authorship, the book remains a prominent text discussing populist economic policies, legislative battles, and strategies for grassroots political engagement in contemporary American politics.
