And Cody, so you mentioned Sha Malaney. I know you two are writing a book. I'm not sure what kind of uh if we're in early stages, middle stages where we are. Any kind of sneak peek on that and when it might come out. Yeah. So, today we talked about taxable brokerage accounts, which is one chapter out of 35 chapters that Sean and I have drafted. 80,000 words we've drafted so far. Wow. So, pretty big book. We're hoping that it becomes like kind of, you know, one of the go-tos within the the FI community. It's called Tax Planning to and Through Early Retirement. We actually have some maybe we can share a link in the show notes if you want to sign up for an announcement. I'm not going to spam anybody with emails, but we're going to send out an email with an announcement date whenever that's again, we're kind of waiting to see what happens legislatively with, you know, tax cuts, jobs act, and other things. But we hope to release this book later this year.
